Depending on the demands and product availability deliveries may take 2-4 weeks in the US, AUS or Canada. For other countries, may take 4-8 weeks. We will send out the email once item in on courier/post. When your delivery is delayed above 4 weeks please contact us at email@example.com and we will keep you informed.
Refunds will only be applicable if the products you receive are significantly different than stated on our website and we are notified in writing by you within 10 days of delivery of the products. If you do not notify us within 10 days of delivery of the products, then we cannot provide any refund. You can notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of delivery of the products and we will review your refund request. Other than as described on this page, there are no refunds.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additionally following items are non-refundable
1. All sale (discounted) items.
2. Specific promotional items such as pay as you like or first item purchase discount or items bought using points etc.
3. Items purchased using gift cards
4. Downloadable software products
5. Some health and personal care items
If a refund is approved by us by email, you must first return the products to us in brand new, unused condition and in the original packaging within 10 days of our approval to the return address specified in the email. Please note that this return address could be different than the sending address. So please make sure that you return it only to the address that we will specify in email to you in case your purchase is eligible for refund.
When you return the product and after we check it we will respond you in email to notify you that we have received your returned products. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping service and to purchase shipping insurance when returning your products to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned products.
In case your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. In case your refund is rejected, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your products.
Refund processing takes time, If your refund was approved by us and processed and notified to you, and you have not received it yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
